These Terms govern your use of BeautyConnect OS and access to the Interactive Vault operated by ToConnectNow LLC. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing a license, you accept these Terms.
Global Legal Shield — Key Provision
BeautyConnect OS™ protocols are the intellectual property of ToConnectNow LLC. Access to the Dermal Engineering phase is final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the Bio-Data delivered.

DIGITAL ASSETS
BeautyConnect OS provides digital access to the Interactive Vault. The license grants access to digital assets and experiences within the Vault.
It is not a physical service, does not include in-person deliverables, and does not guarantee specific commercial results.

NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Delivery is immediate as this is intellectual property and digital access activated upon purchase.
No refunds, voluntary chargebacks, or exceptions are granted under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.

IP PROTECTION
The Vault, its calculators, interfaces, content, and operational logic are the exclusive property of ToConnectNow LLC.
Copying, reverse engineering, redistribution, resale, publication, or unauthorized exploitation of any component of the Vault, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
