All purchases of digital access licenses (including certifications and Neural Pass) are final.

As this involves immediate delivery of intellectual property and digital access activation, no refunds or voluntary chargebacks are offered, except as required by applicable law.

In jurisdictions where the law requires a right of withdrawal or refund (e.g., certain EU or Brazil requirements), ToConnectNow LLC will comply with the minimum legal timeframes and requirements.

To exercise any legal right to a refund, the user must contact system@matrixbeauty.ai with proof of purchase and the reason for the request.
