This Privacy Policy describes how ToConnectNow LLC (“we”) collects, processes, and protects technical Bio-Data within BeautyConnect OS and its Interactive Vault.
Global Legal Shield — Key Provision
BeautyConnect OS™ protocols are the intellectual property of ToConnectNow LLC. Access to the Dermal Engineering phase is final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the Bio-Data delivered.

DATA INJECTION
We collect technical Bio-Data to forge and maintain your Bionic ID within BeautyConnect OS.
This Bio-Data may include: email, name (legal or account name), and archetype (operational result/selection).
The purpose is to enable access, authentication, Vault continuity, and issuance of operational identifiers within the system.

NEURAL SECURITY
We process and protect Bio-Data using Supabase infrastructure, with AES-256 encryption and enterprise-grade access controls.
Payments are processed through Stripe under PCI-DSS standards. BeautyConnect OS does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment data locally.
We operate on minimization principles: we collect what is necessary to run the Vault and protect the integrity of the protocol.

ZERO LEAK
Sale of data to third parties is prohibited. We do not sell your Bio-Data or commercialize it as a marketing asset.
We only share information when strictly necessary to operate the service (e.g., infrastructure/payment providers) or to comply with applicable legal obligations.
